How does the Triple Combination Erectile Dysfunction Soluble Oral Patch Medium Strength work?
Product Overview
Courierpharmacy’s Sildenafil 20mg/Tadalafil 15mg/L-Arginine 2.5mg transmucosal buccal film is a specially compounded treatment for erectile dysfunction. This innovative wafer-thin film is designed to deliver its active ingredients quickly and efficiently.
Mechanism of Action
- The film combines two powerful PDE5 inhibitors, Sildenafil and Tadalafil, with L-Arginine—a precursor to nitric oxide.
- It is engineered to adhere to the buccal mucosa and rapidly dissolve, allowing the active ingredients to be absorbed directly into the bloodstream.
- By bypassing the stomach, small intestine, and liver, the film reduces degradation by stomach acid and liver enzymes, ensuring a higher concentration of active ingredients reaches circulation.
- The combination produces a fast and potent response, with Sildenafil providing rapid onset and Tadalafil offering a longer duration of action, while L-Arginine enhances blood flow.
Usage Instructions
- Place the film on the inside of your cheek or under your tongue and let it dissolve completely.
- Do not chew, swallow, or break the film.
- For best results, use the film at least 30 minutes before sexual activity; its effects can last up to 36 hours, offering flexibility and spontaneity.
Safety Information

How do you use the Triple Combination Erectile Dysfunction Soluble Oral Patch Medium Strength?
Introduction
Courierpharmacy’s Sildenafil 20mg/Tadalafil 15mg/L-Arginine 2.5mg transmucosal buccal film is an advanced medication for treating erectile dysfunction. This innovative film combines a unique blend of sildenafil, tadalafil, and L-arginine to provide a fast onset and a long-lasting effect. The film’s design allows it to deliver active ingredients directly into the bloodstream, bypassing the stomach and liver for improved efficacy.
Mechanism of Action
- The film works by adhering to the inner cheek or under the tongue, where it quickly dissolves.
- This method ensures that the active ingredients are absorbed directly into the circulation without being broken down by stomach acid or liver enzymes.
- Sildenafil and tadalafil, both PDE5 inhibitors, work together to block the enzyme that degrades nitric oxide, a powerful vasodilator.
- L-arginine, which is converted into nitric oxide, enhances the overall vasodilatory effect, promoting a strong erection.
- The differing half-lives—approximately 4 hours for sildenafil and 17.5 hours for tadalafil—provide both rapid and sustained effects.
Instructions for Use
- Preparation: Before handling the film, thoroughly wash and dry your hands to prevent any residue from interfering with the medication.
- Application: Carefully peel the film from its packaging and place it on the inner cheek or under the tongue using your fingertip.
- Absorption: Allow the film to adhere and dissolve completely. Do not chew, swallow, or break it, as it is designed for buccal absorption.
- Timing: For optimal results, apply the film at least 30 minutes before sexual activity. The effects can last up to 36 hours, offering both immediate and extended benefits.
- Post-application: Avoid eating or drinking for up to one hour after application to ensure maximum absorption.
