Do I need sexual stimulation?
Yes. Tadalafil enhances the natural erection response to sexual stimulation. Furthermore, it doesn't cause automatic erections. As a result, sexual stimulation is required.
How often can I use it?
Maximum one film per 24-hour period. Furthermore, don't combine with other PDE5 inhibitor products.
Can I drink alcohol with it?
Moderate alcohol (1-2 units occasionally) is acceptable. Furthermore, tadalafil and alcohol both have mild blood pressure-lowering effects.
Combined heavily, they can cause more pronounced dizziness or postural hypotension. As a result, limit to moderate intake around medicine use.

What if I have priapism?
